Thank you for your order from ChicEventGifts! Here's what you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
Because every plaque is custom-made to order, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a proof for approval before we begin production — please respond promptly to avoid delays.
Shipping
We ship via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) within the United States. Free shipping is available to a single address per order. Additional addresses incur an $8.00 shipping fee per address.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events outside our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
